Aging in Place
A Proactive, not a Reactive approach
According to an AARP survey, over 80% of those over 55 would prefer to age in place and remain in their current homes as they get older.
We evaluate your home to determine what changes would best support your independence, dignity, quality of life, and safety.
We refer to this process as a proactive (addressing potential problems before they become problems) approach rather than a reactive (after your situation changes) approach. The process provides an itemized list of long range planning ideas which you can work with and implement over the years to come.
We are a Certified Aging in Place (CAPS) accessibility consulting firm in accordance with the rules and guidelines as set forth by the NAHB.
